Qigong in the Day-to-day

It is unreasonable to expect your life to be free of pains,
problems, trials, upsets, defeats and set backs - no matter how
long you've been practicing Qigong.
I've heard it said that a butterfly needs to struggle out of the
chrysalis in order to strengthen its wings. Or else it will never
fly.
I don't know how true that is, but it makes sense to me.
Having said that though I do like to try and stack the odds in my
favor. So, the saying goes:
Into every life a little rain must fall.
And to that I like to add:
Think of Qigong as your giant golfing umbrella!
Qigong brings valuable benefits to your health, vitality,
longevity, mental and spiritual well being. All of which contribute
to your happiness.
Whilst your training doesn't mean you are safe from getting wet, it
can help you to avoid getting a soaking.
